Prosate Removal and Hashimoto's Issues

Hello,

I am new to this forum and am wondering if there are any people out there who have Hashimoto's Thyroidis and also had prostate cancer then removal?

I am having major issues now with blood pressure all over the map and have been to the ER twice in less than a month after waking up from a dead sleep with BP at almost 200/100 and pulse in the 115 range.

My normal BP is high normal.

I have been doing some reading, but haven't yet determined if the removal of the prostate gland affects thyroid function even further in those with Hashimoto's.
