Yeah, I saw that, too. PCa was one of the cancers they excluded from their analysis. So those of you who prefer to beat yourself up about lifestyle mistakes, go right ahead.

My take is..there are a lot of factors behind a particular individual getting cancer (where you live has a big role)...and you do the best you can and roll with it. I've often wondered whether the particular type my father had was related to his being an Organic Chemist who spent years in poorly ventilated labs dealing with all kinds of neat hydrocarbons...in the days when Organic Chemistry was colloquially known as "bucket chemistry".

Does make me wonder why they excluded prostate and breast cancer. Are they considered to be "hormonal" cancers in origin?
