post PC treatment orgasm quality

Mine are less intense, sort of feathery and disappointing, at least at first. But they do last longer than they did pre-surgery and, by the time they are over it's been a pretty good ride. I have very little libido but I spent two years on androgen deprivation therapy and, although I stopped it six months ago, my testosterone still remained at castrated levels last time I had it checked.
