I had robotic prostate removal seven years ago.My psa was 0.01 one year ago and now a year later it is 0.02.
Should I be concerned. Before surgery my psa was 3.4.One out of twelve biopsies was positive and my gleason was seven. All margins were clear.

Nope, I wouldn't be. Did the same lab do the tests?

Be sure to get another PSA test in the next six months to a year but otherwise there is no need for concern at this point.

Welcome, Hindu. I can't answer based on info provided. What were the pathology results? EPE? Positive margins? Stage? Gleason score? % involvement?
