As I sit in my hotel room in Arizona after completing the C 11 acetate scan I am wondering after 5 years fighting this beast what the chances are of having bone
involvement. Still no signs as far as pain or other side effects. I will know shortly.

Good luck with the outcome Howard! My mets didn't show until until a much higher PSA than yours and only 7 months post op so at 5 years you're looking good. Still a worry though, eh?

Hi Howard,
Looks like your treatment plan is working for you. For me, it's hard not to think about
all those things. All I can say is keep up the good work and be vigilant.

Hope all goes well for you. The best thing you can do is try and stay in front of the beast and I think c-11 acetate is the best scan. Keep us informed on how the scans go. I get the feeling I'll be there sooner than I want.
