Five months out from LARP. Had gotten down to one pad a day and on some days tried just a shield.

Past couple of days I'm back up to two pads a day. No change in activities, lifting, etc.

Assume this is temporary-I hope. Any suggestions on how to improve? This getting old real quick.

One theory for problems that pop up a few months after RP is that the dissolving sutures in the anastamosis (where the urethra is sewn together) have finally been degraded to the point where they pop open and cause trouble.

Are you doing the kegels? Are you consuming more caffeine?

Try cutting down to no more than 1 six pack and 6 cups of coffee a day.

But seriously, I have had several little set backs along the way to mostly dry. It has been kind of like several steps forward then one step back. And I still have the days where I am not quite as dry as I was the day before, and I am in my 12th month. And I never really know why. The 1st couple of times it distressed me, but I have come to kind of accept it, at least with these small setbacks.
