All the popular RT (or surgery) options are likely to be curative with your intermediate risk numbers - SBRT, LDR brachy or HDR brachy monotherapy. (I don't know anything about some of the other factors that may or may not make you a good candidate.) Just like surgeons typically specialize in open or robotic but not both, radiation oncologists also specialize in one kind or the other. The burden then falls upon you to go seek out and interview ROs in each specialty. The only types I left off the list are IMRT and proton - not because they aren't effective - they are - but just because they take longer, cost more, and the side effects are no better.
