If you don't fall, you don't learn. Theory of Everything? {operative word everything}

I presently am "suffering from lower back pain. This does not inhibit me from falling of my surfboard,as I attempt a new technique, and getting up again by popping up from a kneeling{operative word}position to my two feet and quickly paddling again for momentum,hence stability. there is never pain in my back as I do so and will spend 2- 2 1/2 hours in a surf session. Be advised this is standup paddle surfing{Sup,not prone} Lately,... a few weeks,... the lower back aches, mainly when I walk Post Sup. To avoid this I can sup surf within my knowledge base and never fall, but then I remain stable but static. Any comments o n how this theory applies to your "surfing "I.E. your attempts at progress. If so, when the fall is criticized as it always is, {by yourself or others},thus creating the critics own fall… Is this theory, in truth, the question and the answer?? { the theory itself is continuously spinning} While seemingly a complicated theory, its simplicity is summed up by the great Bard, Shakespear, paraphrased, Is you is?or is you not?

Appreciate all. I am treating with high doses of ibuprofen, and rest and lots a chow to protect from Ibuprofin. Some day I may have to one knee it up, but not today, thou the window's shadow is reaching slightly, ever so slightly. My last decade will be a time of repose, thats 20 years or more hence. By then I will be ready to break thru the window with one last breath shaped as a ps. interesting thing just happened as I edited, the thread appeared in reverse order. Im sure their is a logical explanation, but Im not done dreaming yet either….
