How many G9's or 10's out there are cured?

I am also a g9er, 2 1/2 yrs post op, I have had 6 psa ,all came back 0.00,, lucky i guess but i never considered my self cured, i had negitive margins, pt3a cancer, no rad, no treatment. After my last checkup in Nov/14 my uro put me on a yearly psa. I asked about being a g9, high grade agressive cancer and he told me that if the cancer would show up he felt it would in the first yr.But you always wait for the demon to show it ugly head again but don,t live on it

I'm not sure if "Cure" is the word I'd use for me... but "Hopeful" is... for whatever the future holds.
I found this thread oddly reassuring. I don't feel quite so alone.

..Checking in with my fellow G9 PC brothers..
..I'm still on Lupron, infact I get my 3 month shot next week and all them there blood tests too..
..sexless & wild..

Chiming in on this thread too, I'm in "remission" still, after almost 2 years on Lupron and bicalutamide, and having had radiation therapy.

Today, undetectable PSA again! Woot!

That's the whole point of this thread Jerry, we'll never be cured but can certainly enjoy some quality remission!
