All I can say is that you may have saved me from doing something really stupid (if you know what I mean) when I first posted with a new DX of 209 PSA, was in a panic and you responded and basically whooped me into shape.

You may not realize it my friend but not only are you an inspiration, but your story and endurance also helps others live longer and is saving lives directly or indirectly.

Have a great vacation, I will be going to Europe this summer for a month to relax after a very trying half year

Add me to your friends that missed you and needed to hear from you.The new normal blog was good. I'll try to respond there as well. Wow a lot of responses here, Looks like I'm "buried" in page2. Hope you get this . Sometimes I feel that way about being disengaged with some of the post, as they don't really apply to my situation. But the best thing about HW is that we are all in this together, and anyone can encourage, sympathize, empathize and educate others along the way. You stand out for me just as you put it, as a beacon of Hope for anyone with an initial high PSA, a fighter for a treatment you believed in-Provenge, and an encourager for any of us to keep winning the fight, and living your life, doing things that you enjoy. So man, take a break and enjoy the heck out of Hawaii with your family, refresh and come back renewed! Love you Brother Todd,

Hey Todd,

It's great that you still come back here every now and then. With your initial PSA and and where you are now is truly an inspiration to many of us. Keep coming back even if it's just to say Hi. Take care

You are our Rock Star and we appreciate hearing from you. You may have less in common from the treatment standpoint, but so much you bring us from the living standpoint. I, too, am finding my participation her more sporadic, a couple of views and comments a week. But, it is always great to see how people are doing and what they may need.

Now I am looking forward to GFMPH and more new normal.

It took me a while to get back here but I read everyone of your replies. Some of them through tears. Thank you. There are too many replies to respond to each one individually Sinai am sending out a collective thank you. We are Borg.... Prepare to be assimilated! Ha ha... I am an Trekie from way back.

Love your post about being ticked at the guys complaining about things that may be annoyances to them, but compared to dying from PC, don't mean poop.

Glad you continue to do well. If I could explain what your story does for me, you probably wouldn't believe me. You are an inspiration, what we all keep fighting for.

That would be great if your company and your union finally negotiates a satisfactory contract and you start a new 2-year apprenticeship.

Guess we'll stop the retirement countdown and look forward to you acquiring some new skills, and associated challenge, and pay increase to boot.
