It's been more than 6 years since my prostate was removed. The cancer had escaped the prostate but was within the surgical margins. I suffered severe incontinence for more than a year but now I am fully continent. My PSA level is still undetectable.
I forgot about
prostate cancer for a 2 year period of time after I was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma and had to endure chemo treatments along with a series of side effects.
At this point I am in full remission from both cancers and my health is excellent. The hospital that treated me for prostate cancer has published a story about
