April marks the six year anniversary of my RLP. Ever since the RLP, my hearing has gone steadily down hill. Huh? And What? Became terms used in most of my conversations.
My hearing loss clearly was due to the RLP and not the fact I had broken my left eardrum diving off of a tower, or shot large bore rifles competitively ..... without ear muffs
.
Anyhow, I finally bought hearing aids (HAs). Now I can hear in restaurants, I can understand the words spoken on TV and at the movies, and I can actually understand the words to the songs on the radio! A new world.
So if you find you have HD (Hearing Dysfunction) after your RLP consider HAs (no pills, no pumping and no injections). They work!
