Good post.

I do think that almost all of us try and be as fair as possible when discussing tx. alternatives.

However, deep down, we are probably just a tad (ie: very very slight) biased towards our own choices. That's only natural.

HW has been pretty good at presenting the arguments pro and con for assorted tx. modalities.

As in everything there is some truth in pretty much every perspective. Hence my seemingly "obsession",( I am an admitted ob/comp,who accepts these demons, so as not to lose my angels as well}, with the word... choice. Its tough to navigate this disease,even with help. But then again, thats true in life generally, nes ces't pas? Edit note, the demon/angel shtick is a paraphrase of a quote whose author shall remain anonymous, so as to be shielded from a plagiarism/name dropping multi/warhead/arrow. The Tattman knows…. scool

Mel...haha...yeah, and I know that often I'm personally more than a "slight" bit biased and I own that!!!

But, as you say, the membership in general is pretty good at balancing things out.

I did not have any one individual in mind.

There are many such that when I see the name, and it is a post about which tx. to consider, I can almost write/predict what that person is about to say.

Maybe I have been on HW too long??!!!

Jim, and others...

I'll admit that I'm not always good about word choice and proofreading...such is life. Sometimes as a surgery patient I feel a bit outnumbered and definitely "out-written" when the discussion turns to the advantages and disadvantages of the different modes.

And, being a guy in a small rural town out here in flyover country, I'm also screamingly aware of the choices I have available to me, compared to the choices that others might have due to the accidents of geography. It's a two hour drive to a major airport...and an hour drive to a shopping mall, for pete's sake.
