Do anyone out there have the same problem, I have. I had radiation for my prostate and for the past two years my PSA is 0.1. I'm 68 and before the radiation my sexual performance was great, The doctor told me that the radiation will have effect on my sexual performance and let me tell you it has. I can't have sex because it wont get up. My family doctor gave me VIAGRA, nothing happen then he gave me CIALIS again nothing happen, do anyone have any ideas. This is so embarrassing.

Welcome to HW, sorry you need to be here.
If the pills don't work then the next step would be injections. Ask you URO about
trimix. You might need to talk to a doctor other than your family doc for this issue. Ask about
UROs how work with erectile disfucntion issues.
Also get the book, "Saving Your Sex Life..." by Dr. John Mulhall. He's the expert on post PC ED problems. It will help you a lot.

In The shop: Thank you for that information, no one has ever mention that to me, I'm glad I found this site, you have been a wonderful help, you just put a smile on my face for hope.

No need for embarrassment--lots of guys on this forum have had to deal with the same problem. Looks like you're getting some good advice already.
I think I was lucky in that I only had moderate dysfunction after surgery, and pills (Cialis) do work for me. If only they were cheaper!
Best of luck to you.

Yes that's what I'm going to do, now I don't feel so bad I'm going to call the URO and talk to him and hope I can have some more fun before my time is up, this site has giving me a lot of encouragement. The one thing I'm happy about
is that I have people I can talk to then keeping this matter to myself. I want to thank you guys for your answers, God bless all of you.

There are solutions to your problem. Some better than others. In all of them you need to be your own advocate.
Hang in there, you never know what will come up.

Too late now for you, but for benefit of others the Viagra should be taken during the treatments and recovery period for blood flow and msucle memory reasons rather than initiating it only after the atrophy may have set in.
Per prior posts there are many more options you can still pursue.
