Thank you for that post Opie, it adds to the hope that Iv'e been gaining. My Psa has been < 0.1 since surgery Oct 2009. In april 2014 my std test came back @.1. With help from the forum I suspected the lab neglected to include the < less then sign. Within a week I tested a .07 on a ultra sensitive. Fast forward a year later and I tested a .14 at the same lab I tested a .07. So your experience does in fact support my urologist/surgeon's view, that the psa can bounce around in that range, especially in those who have had nerve sparing , also included is benign prostate tissue at the base{top} of the prostate and at the urethra from the dissection that occurred. So it gives me hope that in 6 mos when I have another ultra at the same lab, it will ,like yours make a retreat, hopefully not a tactical one. thanks for your post and keep us in the loop, if you have the time and desire.
