Saw this and thought I'd share it - very cool lady and what a great idea to do this:
"A Cancer Survivor Designs the Cards She Wishes She’d Received."

These are great. They need one specifically for pc that says "So, I hear if you're going to get cancer you have the best kind.....NOT.....No cancer is the best cancer" ~Miki (Just threw that one in there because I know I've heard at least one hundred times how if you're going to get cancer, pc is the kind to have. It really ticks me off!)

I particularly like the one that says, "I'll punch the next person who tells you it all happens for a reason". Yep. Some people really deserve to be held down and slapped.

I agree Miki, that's one that I got tired of hearing as well!

I get tired of hearing about
how inspired everyone is by Gary's positive attitude. He had a positive attitude before he got cancer. Do you have to be sick before a positive attitude is inspiring?88

Love those cards! Thanks for the post, Yoop!
How about
this one:
"Oh, he has Stage 4? (without skipping a beat) Ya know, my friends husbands brothers cousins uncle had PC and he was part of a trial for a new drug."
You don't say. What happened?
"Well, um...he died. So, yeah, hope things turn out ok. See ya."
TRUTH.
Susan
