Xtandi or Zytiga together : actually kill cancer, or?

There are posts which seem to imply that Xtandi or Zytiga together actually kill prostate cancer. Is this accurate, or misunderstanding on my part? Also seems that they have some serious side effects--true?

Yes they do kill many cancer cells, but not all of them. So they slow the cancer down but do not cure it. They are powerful hormone therapies and have those kinds of side effects.

MD Anderson and probably others has an on-going clinical trial but is not recruiting new participants
