Halbert, yes, I am on a small dose of Losartin for BP. That's the only prescription med I'm on, everything else, niacin, D3, probiotic, is OTC.
RE THE URINARY SYMPTOMS, Yes, I also find that 15 seconds like a water cannon empties me out. I've timed it a few times (lie I've said, I'm insane) and the longest pee I've had post surgery is 19 seconds. Occasionally I get a weak stream but only when my bladder doesn't feel urgently full.
Like I said, I wonder if any of this, especially the occasional leak, but the urgency as well, will improve or at 5 months am I as good as I'll get. I know you (Halbert) probably cannot answer since you are a bit behind me, not ahead
I have no doubt Cialis could cause your heart to feel like it is beating harder than normal. After all, it can decrease blood pressure, and one of the bodies 1st reactions to lowered BP can be an increase in heart rate and/or contraction strength to increase cardiac output to overcome the lower BP. Plus heartburn can feel like something else, like a heart attack. The main problem I had with Cialis is all day heart burn. Plus I was having chronic nose bleed problems and i found out it can cause that. I have alternated with Viagra-actually Revatio 20 mg- and don't get the heartburn with that. Add to that we often don't know how many ways one medicine may interact with another, like your BP medicine. Here is a list of common and less common SEs:

As for whether or not you are completely healed re: incontinence, my recov has been a very slow but steady deal for 15 months know. Some ups and downs(unlike sexually which is all down) but a steady if slow improvement. I figure I am getting very close to as good as it gets for me, but you could certainly have a long ways to go. At 5 months, I doubt you are as fully recovered as you will be.
