When is the best time to inject?
When the penis is
1) totally flaccid (you might not have an option)
2) pumped up a little (with or without ring)
3) naturally erect (but not good for intercourse as yet)
4) stimulated with (for example) Viberect
AND do you inject
5) towards the front (to get a more bulbous head)
6) middle
7) towards the back
I'm a 3 and 6. I used to be a 2,3 and 6!
What works best for you, and are there pros and cons?
ps. There could be other options!

RCS, Thanks!
I've read the document and it addresses some issues:
a) Pumping AFTER injection is a no-no; but what about
pumping BEFORE use?
b) Stimulation AFTER injection is Ok and less Trimix is required; but what about
stimulation BEFORE usage.
Applying to both (a) and (b): Is injecting into a partially expanded corpora carvernosa a good or bad thing? [Fluid dynamics- is it better to inject if the pipes have less pressure and has space to expand or when it has some pressure and any additional pressure, depending on the amount injected, may cause damage and later scar tissue]
c) We are told where, using a clock as example, on the penis girth to inject but not where along the length of the penis (of course no head shots). Is the middle the most optimal spot? Its a bloody awkward spot to develop pyronies for sure?
I might troll over to those FRANKTALKing guys and check what they have to say....

PSA,
a & b) As I recall there were lots of guys who used a pump or stimulation before injecting. I think it was JamesC who referred to it as the "Plump and Stick" method.
c) My uro indicated that injection should take place about
1/3 of the way up the penis (1/3 of the way from the body).
PD - what I have read (Dr. Mulhall and others) is that injections do not cause PD. Having said that, there are posters on this forum who do believe that there PD was caused by injections. It is my understanding that for whatever reason, a prostatectomy increases your odds of developing PD.
I am sure the guys at Franktalk will be able to give you good input,
Best wishes and good luck.

RCS,
Thanks for your reply and explanations. I like the 1/3 away from the body; I was also told not to inject too close to the body!
I've decided to give the Guys at Franktalk a rest for now!
