I am 57 diagnosed a few months ago with PSA of 7.5 and Gleason score of 7. Six of twelve slides came back positive.

I recently had another PSA done and it was 2.2??

Anyway doing a clinical trail at Jeffereson University Hospital in Philly where they will insert cathaters and then follow up with (5) external beam treatments over three weeks.

Anyone have this experience? Any issues with incontinence early on?

Mp: A second opinion on your slides would be a good idea especially with the unusual drop in PSA. The sticky note above will reveal the best folks to gain a second opinion from. I am not sure about 5 EBRTs. Is this HDR brachy thearapy?
