Actually I went crazy kegeling before surgery and am trying today some.
I was told (by whom? I can't remember) that too many kegels is not good. Just like any other muscle in your body, if you work out too much the muscle gets tired and doesn't work well until it gets a chance to rest/recover.
The key is to find the right amount of kegels... not too many and not too few. Ask your doctor what he/she recommends.
