Nothing "affordable" anymore.

Am I alone with this or can I at least get honesty?
Being over 70 and having A Medicare C plan, where am I supposed to find the money to pay all this "affordable" stuff? I'm fortunate to have had all of my medical problems prior to Obama and owned excellent health care insurance that paid completely for things I can never have again. My employers provided that insurance for a minimum of out of paycheck expense to me & the family.
I stopped having anything done now except getting medications that do not require co payments.
I'm in a lot of pain most of the time now, but so what?
Don't tell me to borrow on the house as they took that away from us about 6 years after I became disabled.
To embarrassing to discuss this mostly, but pretty close to going for the last "cure" as I only see worse things coming.

Sounds like a tough situation you're in. Would you give a description of where you are with prostate cancer - what stage, what treatments you've had, etc. You can look at other posts here to see signatures and add yours to your profile. That would help everyone help you.
