ed and painful orgasm

For the painful orgasm (dysorgasmia) you might talk to your doctor about tamsulosin (Flomax) which seems to help, at least in the research I found. The research is several years old but if there is more recent research I didn't find it. But then again I only spent a few minutes searching.

As to your ED we will need more information about what you have tried before we can suggest what to try next. What sort of injections did you try and how did they fail to work? Injections work for nine guys out of ten.
