Same here. Is it not a slow path down to nadir, sometimes as much as 2 or 3 years? And I am thinking I have read it is very often not a straight downward path, more like(oft times anyway) the chart of a stock in a long term down trend: lower lows, and lower highs, but overall trendline down. Kind of like this:

Just had my 2 year post brachytherapy check. I was a little concerned as my last PSA was up a little to .5, however this one came back at .2. Feeling good
Then again, what do I now? Not much. Still, seems to me things might be going quite well so far.
