I gained 10 pounds on Lupron/Casodex, which is slowly coming off.
As for supplements, I settled on Pomi-T to suppress PSA rate of growth, should it be necessary. I also eliminated 80% of dairy and animal protein from diet. The last time I ate an egg is? I can't remember, sometime in 2014.
I'm in the zero club and intend to stay there.

Hi Ciciro2K,
You say short term Radiation, Hormone. What is short term? Did you gain 10 lbs with dieting and exercise, or without? I'm a bit concerned for the weight because i am borderline diabetic.
Thank you.
