PSA3DOT7 Yep! I'd have done that too. ED and the end of a happy love life was totally beyond my comprehension.
I naively thought I'd be in the fortunate group that recovered quickly and was back in the sack shooting blanks. I never thought I'd be packing a wet noodle.

Two things only.

Get a 2nd opinion on the post surgery pathology.

Turn down salvage radiation.
