Complications using Seeds versus Da Vinci surgery

It is highly likely that your seeds will be "stranded", i.e. linked together, so the possibility of migration is remote. However, check with your RO to see if that is the case.

You should receive instructions from your RO re post-op precautions. I just found mine from 7 years ago and here is what I was told that is pertinent to the questions you ask:

1. Exposure of family and friends is very unlikely.
2. Even though my seeds were stranded, I was asked to urinate thru a screen for 48 hours just in case one of the little guys came loose (it did not).
3. Wear a condom for intercourse for a month after the procedure (that was a reminder of a mis-spent youth).
4. Don't let infants or pregnant women sit on my lap for one month post-procedure.

BTW, for me the whole procedure and aftermath turned into no big deal as life was back to normal very quickly and has remained that way.
