Did Bobby Fischer die of PC?

Saw the movie "Pawn Sacrifice" yesterday and got to wondering about his life. Googled and found a nice Wiki writeup that contained this excerpt:

On January 17, 2008, Fischer died from renal failure at the Landspítali Hospital (National University Hospital of Iceland) in Reykjavík. He originally had a urinary tract blockage but refused surgery or medications.

I know it's only speculation but I wonder if he could've had PC and died from its complications.

Bobby Fischer died of acute renal failure, which had progressed over years of treatment. It was elevated levels of creatinine, a direct outcome of kidney failure, in his blood stream that actually caused death. Creatinine is the waste that the kidney normally filters; failed kidneys can't keep up, and then they fail.

It is well documented that Fischer was a patient who did not believe in prolonging life at any cost – like using excessive and mind-numbing pain killers or permanent dependence on a dialysis machine. My own wife faced exactly the same thing, and we/she chose the same path.
