G7, PSA increasing

Hello. Consulting for a good friend in Madrid. RP in April, G4-3, positive margins, no -SVI, (lymphs not examined) pre PSA 12, post RP psa .03 to .07. Urologist likes a wait and see approach. Advice on what to ask uro? Anyone know of a good MO in Madrid? Went for a second opinion at MD Anderson in Madrid - saw a PA. No scans, just bladder ultrasound for multiple nighttime urination.

Hard for me to be objective, even with all my unfortunate experience.

In my non-professional opinion, your friend should have had salvage radiation at 0.03. All the clinical trials (two of them from Europe) tell us that sooner is better than wait-and-see when there is adverse pathology. And several data analyses consistently support early salvage.
