This might be a good time to start looking for a radiation oncologist who you like. It may or may not be time to talk about recurrence but you will at least want to start checking your PSA more than once a year and it would be a good idea to have an RO in your Rolodex just in case you need one.

Have you talked to your urologist yet?

Get a referral to a good RO. You may or may not need one, but that's not the way you want PSA to go.

You might also want to get another PSA test soon to confirm the rise.

If you confirm that there is a rising pattern, you'll want to get the doctors working for you again.

Any suggestions for an RO South Jersey ?

I see my PCM 7 Jan 2016, to see what she has to say

I haven't talked to my Urologist yet.
He was fine with one year, but with current PSA now I doubt it

Another PSA test wouldn't hurt, but I know where that's going

Excluding who administers the radiation, what methods would be best ?
I always sided with Proton, thoughts ?

I am a surgery guy so I have a radiation learning curve

Technically I'm still in the Zero Club right ? cry
