PSA heading down after radiation.

PSA results today, after 39 Radiation treatments, had a psa 3 weeks after treatments, was 1.98, todays was 1.18, nice drop.....another three months.....

Thanks Michael, sometimes you wonder if things were good, leave it that way....instead of going thru all this, especially with only 6% active in prostate, everything else was clear and negative....

There are lots of options with prostate cancer -- radiation, surgery, brachytherapy, activel surveillance -- and they all have their advantages and disadvantages. The only thing that never seems to do any good is second-guessing oneself after treatment.

Sounds like you are doing fine. Your PSA is heading in the right direction. Congrats.

Finally found this Pathology Report.
DeVinci Surgery on 1/30/12

Metastatic carcinoma (micrometastasis in one of seven lympn nodes (1/7).

location of tumor: Bilateral predominantly left posterior.
