I've heard the same. 150mg/day as mono-therapy, in other words you aren't also receiving injected Lupron, Eligard, or anything else like those.
I've been on Lupron injections, plus bicalutamide at 50mg/day, which is a "normal" so-called ADT2 regimen (two simultaneous types of androgen deprivation therapy).
Oh, and the feeling like crap part? Yeah, that happens when you have no testosterone. Megace (megesterol acetate) can help some if you start getting hot flashes. Otherwise, we just kind of suck it up, and figure it's worth it to knock down the much-worse-problem of cancer cells.
