As the title reads, during AS, in lieu of a yearly biopsy, can a 4Kscore be used for indicating cancer progression (=> G7). Other than the mystery of knowing the actual G7, 8 or 9 score/pattern. By the design of the blood test, you would know if its "more" than a G6 condition, a signal to exit AS and have aggressive treatment (biopsy or not).
I'm probably missing something, almost to simple.
