Talked to urologist today. CT scans didn't show up anything remarkable, nothing to explain extreme pain which is still worsening. I wasn't expecting a tumor or cancer, as I have had so many scans, something that obvious wouldn't suddenly show up overnight.
However, and finally, after all these years, he going to refer me to Duke University, said it was time to get me into a Center of Learning, and admitted, that somehow, the dots aren't being connected.
He still feels its on-going and progressing severe radiation damage. It was also his way of letting me know, that my unique and complex problems are finally out of his pay grade.
On the "dripping" issue, said to finish the antibiotics, perhaps 2-3 days left, and if its still isn't improving, and its not so far, it may come down to an adult age circumcise operation. The very thought of it goes badly in my mind. I am almost 64, kind of old for that. So jury out there.
He commented, as his has said so many times over the years, that radiation and nerve damage can be so devastating, yet never, ever show up, even with the best of CT or MRI scans, and it rarely ever heals or gets better. He's still more concerned about it continuing to worsen over time. Not a pleasant thought.
