Bleeding scrotum!! Why?

Husband got out of the shower earlier today and while drying off found that his scrotum was bleeding! He also has has a number of black spots/pimples there which he says he has had for a while but I never knew about.

The bleeding has now stopped.

He is a G9. Could this be related to his cancer or something else???

PCa does not cause bleeding . If it has stopped I wouldn't worry about it. The source should be obvious like a popped pimple , a cut from shaving hair down there or whatever.
