Round of drinks? Expand the old HW/PC tradition

I think we should expand the old tradition here at HW/PC: unfavorable-risk guys buy a round of drinks when their post-treatment PSA is undetectable, and favorable-risk guys buy a round when their AS is extended!

Also, I forgot to include the unfavorable-risk guys who maintained their low-point/nadir PSA following non-surgical treatments.
