Well given that it is hoped to target sites of metastatic PCa, isn't that by definition advanced PCa?

Interesting stuff.

The only comment and it is (TIC) ...Trojan Horses have historically been of a substantial size, given they have to contain the troops, and as it seems with every other thing where my prostate is concerned, are they gonna jam that up my *** too?

It sounds promising. Appears to be a mouse study so will take time to reach patients.

This is financial piece that mentions prodrug G114 for Pca.

Exciting news on many fronts.

When this gets to a clinical trial, with my oncologists recommendation I'll participate.

Did a stage 2 clinical trial a few years ago with 46 months remission.
