That was very interesting. It never occurred to me to supplement with this stuff, and I won't be considering it after this.
One thing I noticed though: near the end of this video, he discusses the dangers of going by anecdotal evidence when there is no real scientific proof( the good old RCTs). But aren't the examples he is presenting here exactly that, anecdotal? Certainly no double blind, placebo control in those cases. A couple of guys started taking Colostrum and their PSAs started rapidly climbing, and did not slow down after the colostrum was stopped. If the opposite had happened I am certain a dramatic drop in PSA would be called anecdotal with cautions about trusting those results.
Now, don't get me wrong. Anecdotal is often worthy of paying attention to IMO, and not only would I stop all Colostrum if I was either of those guys, but I will be avoiding it myself. At least until I see more evidence, anecdotal or RCT either way. I just thought it was odd that he spoke so strongly of the dangers of anecdotal examples immediately after giving us some anecdotal examples. Does not mean I won't pay attention! I thank you and him for the heads up!
