DOCTOR REFERRALS

Hello again,
I decided to start a new thread because I need to get some responses to my questions and concerns about one of the Cyberknife facilities that I am considering. Dr. Arica Hirsch was recommended to me and I have spoken to her and i was very impressed. However, I am located in Elkhart, Indiana and the ParkView Regional Medical Center in Ft. Wayne is much closer and will take less than half the time to drive. I recognize that convenience is not the number one priority here, but if the same quality results can be expected, it would certainly makes things easier.

So the Head of the Cyberknife program there is Dr. Brian K. Chang. There are also three other doctors that use the Cyberknife at that location; Dr. Nathan Cannon, Dr. John Crawford and Dr. Wesley Russell. If anyone can shed any light on any of these doctors or the facility, I would truly appreciate the feedback. Any personal experience or word of such, good or bad would be welcomed.

Hello Derfwood,I was treated by Dr.Arica Hirsch at Advocate Lutheran General.I had 5 treatments of CyberKnife that ended March 14,2016,a great team.Im actually going today for my first 3 month PSA.I will see Dr.Hirsch July 12.She was actually recommended to me by Dr.Debra Freeman in Florida.I was willing to go to Tampa but the recommendation was all I needed to stay local.If you can afford the time and expense dont hesitate to travel.I live about 1 hour south of lutheran gen.Dr. Hirsh is a very good RO.I had many interviews along my 1 year journey with all the modalities.The Wife and me knew from the first visit that she was the chosen one.SemperFi
