Can anyone recommend a good provider of this test? Johns Hopkins says they only offer the test to those who are metastatic, Epic Biosciences says they will only offer the test beginning in 2017.

Epic has the license, and it was developed at JH. I doubt you can get it outside of a clinical trial. But what's the rush? Right now, you can know, or at least suspect, if Zytiga and Xtandi work only briefly.

Thank you, oh Tall One. My thought was, in choosing between clinical trials, to have insight whether to avoid Zytiga/Xtandi or not.

Keep in mind that AR-V7 is a relatively rare variant, at least at first. If you can get on a clinical trial of early use of Xtandi/Zytiga, I think you should go for it.
