HI,
I had PC in 2012, and finished 45 treatments of IGRT in Nov. of 2012. My latest PSA test were 1/22/15-0.4, 7/22/15-0.3, 1/18/16-0.4, 7/19/16-0.6. The Dr. is not to concerned, will test in 3 months. What do you guys think?

In my mind, it you had the IGRT as a monotherapy, I don't see any reason not to have a low and slightly fluctuating PSA, so I would agree with the doctor.

Recurrence after primary radiation is nadir +2.0

Correct, your PSA must be much higher to cause concern. Your nadir seems to be about 0.3.
"After primary RT the RTOG-ASTRO Phoenix Consensus Conference definition of PSA failure (with an accuracy of > 80%) is any PSA increase > 2 ng/mL higher than the PSA nadir value."

I agree with your doctor. Nothing here to worry about.

A retest in three months is prudent. Given your nadir, you don't need to get worried until things get closer to 2.3.

Remember that if all you had was IGRT, then you still have a prostate kicking out PSA. The number can bounce around a bit because of that.

Great numbers! Congratulations! I think you're testing too frequently - I went to annual tests after 3 years (especially with numbers that good)
