So....I'm sitting her with 1 EBRT session left to go for tomorrow afternoon, and boom....done.

Now what?

PSA test after PSA test, and hopefully low low low stable numbers.

That brings me to the question of how and when will I know my post treatment nadir?

You will know your nadir from the very start of PSA testing post-RT -- it's always the lowest number to date.

Is that after T returns, or just lowest ever...period

Lowest since your first post-RT PSA. But you can certainly take into account other factors - a biochemical recurrence is nadir+2, but that doesn't mean it's a clinical recurrence. For example, prostatitis or urethral stricture could send PSA way up.

Ok. So.I guess I'll have my Nadir in about 6 to 9 months.
