Hi Alex, supplements are a tricky thing. Our of all the ingredients listed in Zyflamend, there are some benefcial effects of tumeric, pomegranate and green tea, on cancer cells in a Petri dish, but again, it has not been proven to work in a living human for PC. So far, no randomized control trial has been able to prove positive effects for PC patients for any supplements. As far as benign hyperplasia, there you can certainly try the supplements and see if it helps the symptoms. Not sure what your diagnosis is, but lowering PSA for the sake of lowering it, without a diagnosis, does not make sense. You should try to understand your numbers. Usually, it comes from following PSA value over a period of time, and other diagnostic tests done by urologists. Good luck.
