I've noticed some discussion regarding TRT on a few different threads.
Until recently, my impression was indeed that TRT was pouring fuel on a fire.
Those on TRT were nuts.
Well in the last few years, it appears that studies seem to in fact show just the opposite. TRT seems to retard the PC. But does it? Or does it help some men but add major fuel to the fire in other men.
For me, personally, I am probably going to be back on HT for the third time starting this month. I will also probably be doing SBRT to the one hot external pelvic/abdominal node. I have not totally made up my mind about the SBRT, but I'll be chatting with Dr. King, probably early next month.
Anyway, TRT now intrigues me, especially since I'll be going through the misery of low T very soon.
WHEN WOULD ONE DO THE TRT??? Is it to be tried when castrate resistance sets in? Or sooner? In other words, is there some criteria to start TRT?
