If it helps to know this, the perineural invasion really doesn't matter all that much - he falls into the "high risk" classification regardless. The biochemical tests, like 4KScore, are irrelevant at this point too- you already know more than the info that can provide. The 3 months doesn't matter very much either:

only critical thing to know at this point is whether it has metastasized, and the bone scan/CT will tell you that. That will drive all your future decisions about
doctors and therapies, and your info-gathering. When one's mind is racing, and there is all this information on the internet (much of it misleading are proffered by well-meaning but misinformed people), I know how hard it is to stay focussed on the present moment and to sort out what is relevant to your case and what isn't.
