Congratulations on getting to a decision. This is a trial of "dose painting". In one arm, the dose painting will be done with moderately hypofractionated IMRT, in the other arm with extreme hypofractionation. If you want to read more about dose painting, here's an article that mentions this trial:

Thank you for the input and for that link. I took a few days off. Will read today. I don't know if this is a good decision or a bad one, but it's my husband's decision.

He comes home from work and goes right to bed. In bed by 4 pm. Exhausted. It's been like this for a few months actually, but I don't like it. We haven't started treatment yet. It's like he's not here. I understand depression can do this, but so can cancer. : (
