May your T ever rise, and your PSA flatline! We'll hope your PSA never goes above 0.5 or so. It should go up a little, but not much. My last Lupron 4 month shot was in November of 2015, "officially expiring" in March 2016. I didn't have measurable testosterone until about
August 2016. By December, it was up to the bottom of normal. So that was about
a year after the last four month injection happened.
Welcome to the gray zone, the interminable unknown, the place on the ancient mariner's maps that says, "Here Be Dragons".
As your T recovers, hopefully sooner rather than later, your PSA will do, well, something.
Don't Panic.
Lots is known about
PSA patterns after surgery. Much is known about
PSA patterns after radiation. Darn near nothing is known about
PSA patterns after radiation AND hormone therapy!
I'm just a few month further down the road from you. We'll have to explore this landscape with little guidance. Follow the yellow brick road....
