SBRT - 18 month update

I've been away from the forum for a few months, had to take a timeout from researching and ruminating about PC. I found myself sinking into a fatalistic apathy, but I'm doing better now and hope to participate more.

It's now been 18 months since my SBRT treatment, and 12 months since the adjuvant Lupron expired. I have no rectal or urinary side effects so far. Testosterone has recovered to pre-treatment level of 502 and PSA is 0.07.

So no more doctor visits for awhile, just watching what the PSA does over time. Doctor said the desired range would be 0.2 - 0.5 and stable.

It has been 27 months since my successful SBRT/Provenge combo therapy and 21 months since I stopped Lupron and Zytiga.

My PSA is undetectable but so is my testosterone which has not recovered like yours has. Since I am only a year older than you, can;t attribute it to my age.

I do not suffer low T fatigue, just no libido. As long as PSA remains undetectable, I am okay with T remaining below 50, or at least since I have no libido, do not know any more what I am missing

Here's hoping for low PSA and an increasing libido.
