It's very normal and is a common occurrence. It's nothing serious even though it looks scary. It can be from scar tissue sloughing off or from prostatitis. It will happen less frequently over time. Usually it doesn't last long, but I had some bleeding at orgasm (4 years after my RT) and it lasted for a month. My urologist diagnosed it as prostatitis (like you have), gave me an antibiotic, and it cleared up in a couple of days. It's only serious if your urine stream gets blocked off by scar tissue or swelling - but you'll know if that happens.
