Hi,
What do you think. My PSA numbers after finishing radiation in Nov. 2012. 1/22/15-0.4--7/22/15-0.3--1/18/16-0.4-3/22/16-0.5--7/19/16-0.6--10/28/16-0.6--1/17/17-0.8..Do you think I'm in trouble.

Definition of biochemical failure:
After primary RT, with or without short-term hormonal manipulation, the RTOG-ASTRO Phoenix Consensus Conference definition of PSA failure (with an accuracy of > 80%) is any PSA increase > 2 ng/mL higher than the PSA nadir value, regardless of the serum concentration of the nadir.
Your nadir seems to be 0.3 and your most recent PSA is 0.8 - so not a failure yet!

Need to keep an eye on it? Yes.

My PSA rises sometimes when I have recurrent bouts of prostatitis. My RO always tells me to just wait it out. I only get annual PSAs, which helps my peace of mind because I'm not annoyed by those kinds of fluctuations.
